Car Care 2000 was started in 1993. In November of 1999, Car Care 2000 changed ownership and has been aggressively improving ever since.

     We have an extremely high customer satisfaction rate. As a matter of fact, we believe you  would be hard pressed to find another repair facility in the Colorado Springs area with a higher satisfaction rate. Don't believe us? Ask our customers. How do we provide great service?

      When you bring your car to us we take the time to perform a thorough inspection so we can provide an accurate estimate. When we call you with an estimate, you can be assured that we worked hard to find all the possible options. For instance, at times it maybe justified to use a "salvage yard" part while other times we will recommend using after market parts. Still on other occasions we may recommend using only original equipment parts. Our recommendations come with years of experience. We will lay out all the options and prioritize all needed repairs and services for you. We are happy to give you an explanation as to how something works or why something failed on you vehicle or for those of you who just want to know the final dollar amount and don’t necessarily care what the problem is  we can provide that for you as well. We want you to be able to trust us and the best way to get that to happen is flood you with honesty.

People

Our staff cares about and supports the company. Car Care 2000 has established a hard working and fun environment. The service advisors, technicians, and managers all  enjoy coming to work everyday and this relates to a job well done and great service.

Troy Matos - Service Advisor.  Troy, has had the opportunity to get out and meet our local community. He has developed many relationships and partnerships with the local school districts, businesses and religious organizations.

Josh Holland - Office Manager and Service Advisor. Josh works behind the scenes taking care of all the office and HR needs. He has a strong knowledge of what it takes to make the office run smoothly.

Jim Holt - Service Advisor. Born and lived in Metropolis, IL until I graduated from high school and then entered college to study Engineering in Rolla, Mo. Graduated in May, 1963 with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Entered the Army as a 2^nd Lt and served two years with a 13 month tour in Korea and after getting an honorable discharge I enrolled at the University of Southern California in Los Angles, CA to pursue a Masters Degree. Attended class full time for one semester and then went to work for Hughes Aircraft in Los Angles as a Systems Engineer on the F4 Phantom fighter plane and attended school at night for 3 years until I graduated with a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering in January, 1969.  We then moved to the Midwest and I went to work for Outboard Marine Corporation (OMC) as a Design Engineer in the Accessories Division in Galesburg, IL and was later moved to Waukegan, IL where the corporation headquarters was located. I remained with OMC for 30 years and worked as a Design Engineer, Department Manager, and later as a Program Manager on a variety of projects. Retired in 1999 and moved to Colorado Springs. I became a Service Advisor for Car Care 2000 in November, 2002. I have been married to my wife Donna for 38 years and we have three sons and 5 grandchildren.

Jay Domingues - Technician. ASE Certified Master Technician and ASE Certified Advanced Level Specialist. Jay has been a technician for more than 12 years. Radio listeners called in and voted Jay one of the best mechanics in Colorado Springs.

Frank Gilbert - Technician. ASE Certified Master Technician. Frank has been in the auto repair business for over 15 years. Frank enjoys high performance modifications and building race engines.

Chris Saucier - General Service Technician.

Brandon Williams - General Service Technician.
