I wanted to take some time out of my schedule to let you know how I was treated at your store on March 30^th.

This is the first time since I have owned a car that I feel like I have been treated with honesty and integrity.  Over the last few weeks I have had my firebird in the shop 3 times.  Twice at your location and once at Team Chevy, after my experience at Team Chevy I don't think I will ever go back again. Your prices have been half of what they wanted to charge from the original quotes alone. Then when I picked up my car I found out that the price is even better then what I thought it was going to be. For example... Team Chevy wanted $1,200 to replace a fuel pump.  Then Scott quoted me $600 over the phone. I brought it to you guys the day after. Scott found out that the pump was fine and didn't need to be replaced. He then replaced my wipers. This was a $100 visit, rather then what I am sure would have been more at Team Chevy.

Bud did the same thing on March 30^th.  He was $200.00 from what he told me to replace a fuel sensor. The best part about Bud was the extra time he took to talk to me and explain that my car was really ok and there was no reason for me to go and sell it mechanically. I was ready to sell it, but Bud put me at ease.

In short, I am very impressed with Bud and Scott. They make a great team and I will never take my car to anyone else again. I have already recommended your shop to a number of friends. I will continue to do so. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
